IRTIMfire Cloud & Calibration Service Package
The cloud-based 4.0 service package provides users and maintenance companies with maximum system performance and reliability, as well as extended incident communication channels, access to their systems from anywhere. Moreover, periodic verification and/or calibration of the thermal imaging cameras ensures that they operate optimally, with accurate temperature measurements.

(1) ONLINE works require an Internet connection provided by the client with sufficient bandwidth. The work in LABORATORY mode requires disassembly and assembly of the cameras by the installation/maintenance company designated by the client.
(2) The channels available for information and notification of alarms/incidents will be those contracted by the client. The persons receiving the notifications will be those configured by the client or installation company.
(3)The maximum number of SMS messages included in the plans is 50 per month. All additional messages will be billed separately at a cost of 0.1 EUR per SMS.
(4)The maximum number of call minutes to national phones included in the plans is 60 per month. All additional minutes will be billed separately at a cost of 0.5 EUR/minute.
(5)The automated calling service is not compatible with the ARC connection service. One of the two services must be selected.
(6)The 3G/4G router's function is as a backup to act only in case the customer's connection drops. The maximum data consumption included in the plans is 500MB/month. Any consumption above this limit will be billed separately at a cost of 0.3EUR/MB.
(7)The number of hours included in the program for remote assistance is 24h/year. Additional hours above this limit will be billed separately at a cost of 35EUR/HOUR.
- Re-calibration and repair costs by the manufacturer are not included. They will be quoted and invoiced separately if necessary.
- Travel to the client's facilities is not contemplated. They will be budgeted and invoiced separately if necessary.
- Prices do not include VAT.
Calibration and maintenance of thermographic cameras.
All thermal imaging cameras are installed the first time with optimal conditions for accurate temperature measurement. Over time, they can lose the conditions in which they left the factory and, as a result, can return erroneous measurements. Therefore, annual calibration and maintenance is essential to ensure camera operability and measurement accuracy.
The extended calibration and maintenance program includes:
Accuracy
- Verification of chamber uncertainty by ENAC/ILAC accredited laboratory with calibration certificate.
- Verification of temperature stability.
- Verification of temperature uniformity.
Operation
- Complete check of operation in long cycle.
- Camera firmware update.
- Focus system check.
Hardware
- Checking and cleaning optics.
- Checking the correct operation of the NUC.
Documentation
- Supply of calibration sticker with validity date.
- Supply of calibration certificate and maintenance report.
Maintenance by the installation or maintenance company appointed by the customer.
In no case Termografía Aplicada, S.L. assumes the role or responsibility of installation or maintenance company (hereinafter EIM) as described in RD 513/2017 or applicable regulations and standards. It is the responsibility of the client to appoint and engage the services of an EIM. The EIM must comply with all applicable legal obligations in relation to the maintenance of Fire Protection Installations, including those relating to IRTIMfire thermographic systems.
In addition to the legal obligations, the EIM must perform the maintenance actions described in the IRTIMfire system operation manual. The costs of the maintenance company are not included in this proposal and will be those agreed between the maintenance company and the client.
